I’m an IT professional and cybersecurity student at Saint Paul College with hands-on experience in technical support, networking, Windows administration, cybersecurity, and enterprise technologies.
Problem-solving is at the center of how I learn and work. I enjoy identifying real problems, understanding why they happen, and building practical solutions. Many of my projects started with a simple question: “How can I make this work better?”
I currently work in IT Help Desk support, where I troubleshoot hardware, software, network, account, MFA, and Microsoft 365 issues. My experience also includes device deployment and imaging, Active Directory, Ivanti Neurons endpoint management, security reporting, and supporting hundreds of student and staff devices.
Outside of work and school, I build hands-on projects to turn what I learn into real experience. My SAM.LAB home enterprise environment includes Windows Server 2022, Hyper-V, Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, Group Policy, domain-joined computers, deployment and imaging, remote administration, and security monitoring. I’m also expanding my AWS cloud experience by hosting and managing my own portfolio website using S3, CloudFront, Route 53, and AWS Certificate Manager.
My projects are built around solving problems and improving how technology is used. They have included Python applications, networking labs, security auditing, packet analysis, incident-response exercises, automation, and technology resources designed to make IT easier and more accessible for students.
I’m passionate about continuing to learn and gain experience across cybersecurity, networking, systems administration, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure, with the ultimate goal of building deep expertise in cloud security.
For me, technology is more than knowing tools and systems. It’s about finding problems, understanding them, and building solutions that make a difference.
